做婴儿被动操前的注意事项
刚开始做婴儿操时，小儿的动作不要求很规范,训练一段时间后就能变的规范。做操时也应注意观察小儿有无不良反应,如小儿情绪不好、面色苍白、出汗过多,就应停止训练。小儿生病期也应停止做操。做操完毕后,应让婴儿躺在床上休息一会。如身上有汗，应用柔软的毛巾把汗擦掉。
做婴儿被动操的好处
婴儿操是促进小儿动作发展的一个好方法，它分为适用于1~6个月婴儿的婴儿被动操和适用于6~12月婴儿的婴儿主被动操。婴儿1个月后长期坚持每天做婴儿操，不但可以增强孩子的生理功能，提高孩子对外界自然环境的适应能力，促进小儿动作发展，使小儿的动作变得更加灵敏，肌肉更发达，同时可促进孩子神经心理的发展。长期坚持做婴儿操可使小儿初步的、无意的、无秩序的动作，逐步形成和发展分化为有目的的协调动作，为思维能力打下基础。做操时伴着音乐，让小儿接触多维空间，促进左右脑平衡发展，从而促进小儿的智力发育。
